RAPTOR 8 HEAD PREMIUM INLINE HIGH SPEED PNP machine


This board conveyor machine is dedicated to small and medium series of SMD electronic boards.
It can have up to 64 belt feeders.
The gantry of the machine is equipped with XY axes with ball screws to ensure better repeatability.
The machine handles JEDEC or multi-dimensional honeycomb trays, feeders for strip components.
An HD camera on the head allows the teaching of the pick-up and placement points of the components as well as the pick-up of the board's test patterns.
Two fixed high resolution 3MP cameras are dedicated to the recentering of components, with the placement of chips up to 0201 and integrated circuits of 24 x 24 mm up to a pitch of 0.45 mm.
