All our cabinets are compatible with the latest Industry 4.0 standard.
Powerful cooling aggregate inside of the cabinet together with a perfect insulation allows temperatures below 0 °C, so it is easy to maintain programed temperature level.
To be different on the market we have developed unique access to our cooling cabinets.
Using the front and rear door concept together with our state of the art RFID Access Control (option) allows you to effectively control your material flow through your entire production floor as well as apply FIFO systems if needed.
For these cases we have developed our own shelves to fit any kind of solader paste jars or syringes.
DOUBLE-SIDED ACCESS FOR MORE CONTROL
Together with our RFID Access control system you can use the advantage of monitoring the material flow in your cooling cabinet.
Load your new material into the cooling cabinet through the back side of the cabinet.
The front side is only for taking out the material, whenever needed.
This principle is helping you to stop unwanted aging of stored materials (e.g. solder paste) in your cooling cabinet.
The access to bouth sides can be done only by dedicated operators and is fully monitored and stored by our RFID access software.
All this together is a very good first step for implementing a more sophisticated FIFO system into your production material flow.
