Universal press for Insulation Displacement Connectors on flat cables
CRIMP FLAT has been designed to crimp flat connectors on flat cable from 10-pole 1mm-pitch to 50-pole 1.27 mm-pitch, also including the family of plug-in connectors or any other type of crush connector.
The fast adjustments through slotted guides for the maintenance of the cable / connector, the correct crushing by means of a ring with millimeter scale and the correct process speed through the regulation of the pneumatic valve make CRIMP FLAT a simple and essential machine.
CRIMP FLAT is equipped with a pedal and D.6 mm tubes for connecting this to the press.
